Thank you for choosing ONE Claremont for your hair journey! We will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm our availability for your preferences.
Your hair is precious and so is our time, so we will require a $50 deposit to confirm your appointment. This will be fully credited to your service on the day, or fully refunded upon cancellation.
▵ Please note that due to limited availability, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations, postponements or change of service.
▵ DEPOSIT TERMS & CONDITIONS
We understand the difficulty involved in attending appointments occasionally, however, because a Senior Hairdresser is dedicated to your service which can be 2 – 5 hours long and due to our very limited availability, our local salon depends on our clients attendance.
Please respect our time as we are booked back to back all day with other clients and we dedicate multiple hours for most of our colour bookings so we only do 2 – 3 a day.
Clients that cancel at the last minute or that are late (resulting in rescheduling) may be required to pay a $150 deposit for their next appointment.
To avoid losing your $50 deposit when making a cancellation, we require that all clients notify us 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
▵ SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Same day cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or No-Shows will be charged 50% of the service booked and will be required to pay a $150 deposit to confirm a future appointment.
